Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MakeUrCreations website at makeurcreations.com, placing an order, or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About MakeUrCreations

MakeUrCreations is a custom print shop based in Land O Lakes, Florida. We produce custom apparel, DTF transfers, drinkware, personalized gifts, and related products. Contact us at Brian@makeurcreations.com.

Custom Orders

All products sold by MakeUrCreations are custom-made to order. By placing an order you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for providing accurate artwork, specifications, and order details
• You confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you submit
• Custom orders begin production after payment is confirmed and artwork is approved
• Minor variations in color, size, or placement may occur and do not constitute a defect
• We reserve the right to decline orders that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the total order amount.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2–4 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Rush and Super Rush options may be available at additional cost. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because all orders are custom-made, we have a strict policy on refunds and cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not begun
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
• If your order arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, we will reprint or refund at our discretion
• Customer-provided artwork errors (wrong file, wrong color, wrong size) are not eligible for reprints or refunds
• Please review your order confirmation carefully before approving production

Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that any artwork, designs, logos, or content you submit for printing:

• Is owned by you or you have explicit permission to use it for commercial printing
• Does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content

MakeUrCreations is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold MakeUrCreations harmless from any claims arising from your submitted content.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Local pickup may be available — contact us for details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Color accuracy may vary between screen displays and printed output.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeUrCreations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
